Orders & Shipping

If you place your order by 5 pm Mountain Time, we'll process and fulfill it the same day, unless the products in your order or one of the ingredients are on backorder. Your order will ship the next weekday after it is fulfilled.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

Contact us and we'll see what we can do. We can't guarantee that we can change your order, but we'll do our best to accommodate you. If your order has shipped already, we can't make changes once the order is in transit.

When will my credit/debit card be charged?

We'll charge your credit/debit card when we process your order.

If a product is sold out, when it will be back in stock?

Contact us for information about specific sold-out products. Products are sometimes unavailable due to supply chain delays, poor plant harvests, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. If you cancel your order before it is fulfilled, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel your order after it is fulfilled, you'll be charged a 20% restocking fee on the order and receive a refund for the remaining amount of the order.

If you cancel an order after it has shipped, you can return it, but you'll be responsible for shipping the order back to Aroma Shield. If you refuse to accept delivery for an order and it is returned to Aroma Shield, you'll be charged for the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee on the order. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses in the United States.

What are my shipping options?

We ship via UPS and the US Postal Service. Normally, smaller orders ship best via USPS and larger orders ship best via UPS.

How can I track my order?

When we ship your order, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number on it. 

Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?

If you need to change your shipping address after you place an order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to intercept your order before it ships.

What if my order is damaged during shipping?

Notify USPS or UPS of the shipping damage within 24 hours of your order being delivered. (USPS may also require you to fill out a damage notification form.) Contact us to report the damage so we can send you a replacement at no cost.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on your shipping address and the shipping options  you choose. Regardless of the shipping option, US domestic orders normally arrive within 4-6 business days after your order date.
